Support the Area Operations Manager & Regional Operations Manager to drive fact-based decision making by providing transparency and visibility in the End to End (E2E) Supply Chain. Deliver structured support of business objectives and deliver an optimum service professionally to achieve business excellence.
Performance assessment using standard reports on key Operations/SC metrics. Challenge status quo of current reporting and establish new standard reporting which ensures data transparency and derive meaningful insights of the supply chain in connection with the business. Highlight opportunities and risks in the performance.
- Play an active role in regular preparation of Data and Insights for financial planning BP/RE.
- Find opportunities to connect meaningful data (just as examples but not limited to: demand drivers of volume planning, SC cost drivers, Sustainability, Procurement, Quality Management overview, Sales orders fulfilment rate, availability management, VISITS&POS, etc) to increase transparency for agile decision making.
- Provide Insights and Fact Base Data End to End (E2E) to allow proper assessment of actuals vs plans.
- Search for further transparency for the area but also towards HQ regarding reporting and commenting on GD, PDC, etc.
- Support for area teams in the preparation of regional updates, data collection, information consolidation, dashboards, etc.
Become owner of documenting, consolidating and tracking our supply chain standards at area level. Upgrade, promote and monitor standardizations in collaboration with HQ specialists.
- Develop standardizations at area level (as examples but not limited to: PDC planning, Logistics Contracts, Logistics Service Levels, 3PL Capabilities to develop further, Process management and Ways of working, etc).
- Propose standardization opportunities to HQ when relevant and if no global solutions are available.
Identify best practice sharing in the markets, benchmarking at area level and upgrade the full area to the highest opportunities/standards. Support to foster the collaboration of the Operations community in the area.

Contribute to HQ led projects providing and representing the business point of view. Supports the project roadmap and ensure timely progress report in Workfront of local projects. Provides support to the team in project management. Monitors progress of x-functional projects with other areas (such as Pathfinder) to ensure Operations inputs are included in a timely manner.
- Provide the Business/Market view and requirements through the involvement in Corporate projects derived from the Global Operations Roadmap.
- Establish an area project roadmap and ensure timely progress report in Workfront of local projects with HQ involvement.
- Key User of Workfront as Project Management Tool.
- Connect with other functions to make sure timings of Operations activities are clear and ensure Operations tasks are timely accomplished.
- Provide visibility to the regional Operations team of projects status and decisions needed.
Support the Operations CASA Management with Distribution Partner performance assessment, KPI’s analysis, and performance improvement action plans.
- Monitor and analyse Distribution Partner Performance data to provide insights to Operations CASA manager.
- Support with the action plan when possible/necessary.
Support the markets with CO2 measurement information, timings, changes. Ensure information flows to the business in the right timings.
- Monitor data collection and ensure timings.
- Clarify calculation or changes in measurements to the markets.
- Be the point of contact for HQ for Sustainability related topics in the region.
- Do benchmarking and market understanding of Sustainability actions.
- Manage the roadmap of Sustainability in the region.
Track markets performance of Facilities service provider, monitor KPI’s, and suggest improvement plans. Facilitate benchmarking in the region. Act as an ambassador of guidelines from HQ and from markets to HQ in these areas.
