Job description

Multinational Company undergoing expansion.

Function Report: Head Regional HR

Main Responsibilities:

• Plans, leads, directs, develops, and coordinates the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) area, act as an essential Business Partner to all the departments, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy for Bread making BU and support to other BU´s acting on Brazilian territory.

• Collaborates with Brasil to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.

• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to the organization.

• Responsible to build the local HR strategy supporting the business growth.

• Builds and implements HR department budget.

• Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements Country policies, processes, and initiatives to support the organization start-up and ramp up.

• Responsible for the International Mobility process in Brazil. Capability to work according to Global Rules and together with the Global and regional team to guarantee all expatriation processes.

• Manages the Compensation & Benefits and personnel administration activities carried out by the contracted provider, involving frequency control, records, hiring and dismissal, payroll, vacation calculation, payments, and other routines, aiming at compliance with the legislation, agility and excellence in the internal client support.

• Assure the management of the benefits provided to the employees, encompassing relationship with suppliers and negotiation of corporate contracts, to obtain optimization of costs, competitiveness of the benefit pack and assure the employees´ satisfaction.

• Responsible for digitalization implementation in the key HR processes,

• Responsible for present monthly HR KPI´s and suggest new KPI´s according to business needs.

• Manage the relations with the trade unions in line with the business needs.

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.

• Oversees the daily workflow of the area.

• Provides constructive and timely feedbacks and performance evaluations.

• Structure training and technical and behavioral development programs for employees from different areas of the company, through alignment to the present and the future business needs, with the purpose to develop the company´s talents.

• Manage the performance management program through structuring of the processes and preparation of managers and collaborators, in line with LATAM and Group guidelines.

• Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with Brazilian employment laws and regulations.

• Recommends best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.

• To administer all internal communication campaigns through disclosure of messages by means of communication with the collaborators, to keep them constantly informed about all actions the company is carrying out or intends to carry out.

• Responsible of the accurate administration of building

· Cascade the Quality and Safety Policy, Environmental Management Policy and Occupational Health and Safety policy in HR department.

• Ambassador of Group Values in Brazil.
