Summary

The O&R Project Analyst will take responsibility for supporting and servicing all pressure control system products including projects of inspection, repair, upgrades, modifications and all recertification related activities executed in the Shop. The O&R project Analyst must support and coordinate all direct and indirect tasks that might impact the drilling lifecycle service projects aiming for processes improvement and enhance customers equipment performance/reliability.

Job Responsibilities

Project Management of PCS Overhaul and Repair (O&R) aftermarket services;

Coordinate risk analysis, support and monitoring of all O&R processes;

Support the P&L, controlling project costs and billings in the ERP and associated tools/systems;

Coordinate weekly follow up meetings with all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure projects are delivered on time;

Oversee a portfolio of upgrades, retrofits, and modifications to enhance drilling rig performance, reliability and efficiency;

Lead lessons learned sessions with functional teams looking for improve workshop processes efficiency;

Provide sales, tender, and administrative support related to O&R projects, collaborating with the sales team to identify and contribute to opportunities;

Engage in direct customer communication to thoroughly understand project requirements, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with other functions such as manufacturing, sourcing, field service and project management to solve issues

Assure proper documentation of assigned projects are consistent with HMH/regulatory procedures and policies;

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (Production Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and/or at least 6 years of relevant experience).

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional level experience, including maintenance or repair services on BOP and well control equipment.

Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge and experience in own job discipline and broadens capabilities. Expanded conceptual knowledge in own job discipline and broadens capabilities. Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Ability to explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. Advanced English Knowledge.
