The selected candidate will take ownership of projects, oversee the entire product life-cycle from ideation to deployment, and provide mentorship for junior team members. Job Responsibilities:

• Own projects and oversee the development/execution of projects using cutting-edge technology
• Lead and guide the engineers, developers, and other team members
• Provide critical experience and suggestions for product roadmaps and system architecture
• Help give direction to company processes and introduce new technologies
• Keep abreast of new industry breakthroughs and implement them to streamline engineering efforts

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5-8+ years of relevant experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
• Expertise with Java, Python, and Ruby on Rails
• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Ability to generate reports and consistently share findings with company leadership
• Excellent communication skills and English fluency
