This position is responsible for developing long-term relationships with clients and maximizing revenue from assigned accounts.
Main responsibilities:
Boost and maximize the income of assigned clients.
Develop strong relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders.
Act as the main point of contact within the organization for its clients.
Develop industry and market expertise and adopt a consultative approach to gain a clear understanding of clients' business motivations and requirements.
Continuous monitoring of user comments to anticipate business needs and send them to the Product department.
Periodically report the KPIs and the status of the accounts to the Brazil AM Team Leader.
Requirements:

Native Portuguese, and fluent English (able to keep a fluent conversation)
Proactivity and ability to work remotely.
Experience with the gaming industry is preferred, ideally online and in the B2B segment.
Entrepreneur and motivated person to succeed with highly developed communication and social skills.
Ability to work with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly changing environment.
Business minded, with strong analytical / numerical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
