We are looking for a skilled Proprietary Trader with ADR and/or GDR trading experience. Position Overview: As an BDR/ADR Trader at AP Capital, you will be a key member of our trading team, responsible for executing and managing BDR and ADR positions in international markets. You will play a critical role in identifying trading opportunities, executing strategies, and optimizing portfolio performance. This role requires a deep understanding of global markets, trading strategies, and risk management. Key Responsibilities: Execute BDR, ADR and GDR trades in Brasil & LATAM, US & EMEA global markets to maximize profitability while adhering to risk management guidelines. Monitor market developments, news, and events to identify trading opportunities and stay informed about relevant market trends. Develop and implement trading strategies that capitalize on arbitrage and market inefficiencies in BDRs, ADR's and GDRs. Analyze trading data and performance metrics to continuously improve trading strategies and execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research analysts and technology specialists, to enhance trading capabilities. Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to ADR and GDR trading. Manage and optimize the firm's portfolio of ADR, BDR and GDR positions. Contribute to the development of proprietary trading models and tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Strong understanding of global financial markets and trading dynamics. Proven experience in trading BDR, ADRs and GDRs with a successful track record of generating profits. Proficiency in quantitative analysis, risk management, and trading software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced trading environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) is advantageous.
