About the Position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations. The ideal candidate will assist with various sales-related tasks, focusing on research, CRM management, and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on potential leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and other platforms.
- Gather detailed information about prospects to support the sales team's outreach efforts.
- Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and manage sales funnels within the CRM for smooth workflow and timely follow-ups.
- Identify and qualify new leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Assist in the creation and organization of sales materials as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to enhance the sales team’s productivity.
Qualifications
- Advanced level of English
- Experience working remotely for US companies is preferred
- Experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales research tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
