OMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company. OMODA operates individually from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production, and sales of passenger cars.

TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist that could help us to boost our expected growth in Brazil. On this role, you will be able to help the executives to make best hiring decisions as well as planning upcoming growth for the next months in Brazil.

Responsibilities:

1. Understanding HR needs and convert them into possible headcount
2. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
3. Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
4. Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
5. Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
6. Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
7. Negotiating salary and date of joining for new joiners

Requirements:

1. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
2. Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
3. Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Location:

2 days in Vila Olimpia and 3 from home. After having an official office, work will be fully at the office.
