This is a global role responsible for the development, maintenance and adherence to data security protocols and controls which permit accessibility to and ensure integrity of the Workday HCM system at Mars.This role acts as a Subject Matter Expert ("SME") on Workday HCM security.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years HR Systems, HRIS, HCM experience in design user centric technology solutions

• 2+ years of Workday business process & configuration responsibility and reporting experience

What will be your key responsibilities?

Workday HCM Support :

• Design :
  • In close partnership with business partners and relevant Functional or Technical Leads, this role creates and maintains the Workday security design for configurations, workflows, reports, integrations, tenants.
  • Partners with the relevant Mars resources (Data Governance/Council & Data Analytics COE) to develop the future state User Access Management for Production and non-Production tenants and creates the necessary documentation.
  • Partners with the relevant security architects and technical resources within Mars to seek and ensure alignment on Workday security design particularly but not limited to integrations, tenant access, etc.
• Build :
  • Migrates security configurations across tenants.
  • Analyzes any new security requirements or changes required, identifies impact of changes, performs and test security changes
  • Partners with relevant Mars and partner resources to enable the following while performing the required Workday tasks:
    • SSO configuration
    • Multi-factor authentication
• Testing :
  • Creates and documents test scenarios to validate security design, executes the test scenarios and/or provides the test scenarios to other testers for testing, provides inputs on security considerations and dependencies to the Project Managers and Testing Leads for project planning of Testing activities and for all test cycles, etc.
  • Works with the business partners and relevant Functional or Technical Leads to identify test scenarios for security that can be automated and then works with the Test Automation team on test automation of those scenarios.
  • Analyzes any security defects assigned to the role and determines resolution, enacts the resolution.
• Deployment :
  • Acts at the Security SME which provides inputs to and reviews the deployment plan to ensure all security-related activities and dependencies are included. Performs the security-related activities.
• Support :
  • Performs a key role during deployment to immediately address and solve for any security issues.
  • Analyzes security defects assigned to the role and determines resolution, enacts the resolution.
  • Enables tenant strategy to support anonymization and masking of data for testing during update cycles.
  • Partners with relevant resources to perform the regular audits and report findings. Ensures compliance with segregation of duties best practices. Remediates any issues found during audits. Develops and executes the plan to address any security gaps.
  • Continuously researches and stays educated on all security-related features or impact of Workday releases or fixes.
  • Actively participate and perform relevant activities in the Release Management process.
