Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Digital Technical Specialist aligned to Security brands, you'll be a collaborative technical expert and trusted advisor working with and across your clients, IBM's broader sales teams, and Business Partners. You'll understand clients' business and technical requirements within the current competitive landscape and, combining this with your knowledge of IBM's product suite, you'll present value-driving solutions that compel clients to invest in us.

- Primary Security Expertise: Being the primary security expert on your team.
- Early Sales Technical Support: Offering technical support from the early sales stages, including demos and workshops.
- Collaborative Sales Teamwork: Collaborating with IBM sales teams and specialists.
- Value Proposition Communication: Highlighting your brand's value compared to competitors.
- Digital Platform Trust Building: Building trust and expertise across digital platforms.
