About the Role We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Sales & Operations Talent Acquisition team. This team supports the business growth and expansion in Latin America. What You'll Do Handle full cycle recruiting processes for different roles across multiple cities in the region Review resumes, conduct phone screens, identify top talent to present to hiring managers, and extend offers Source top talent using a variety of creative techniques Work very closely with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, managing expectations and building outstanding client relationships along the way Become knowledgeable about our business and will be able to speak to what makes Uber a great place to work You'll balance speed and efficiency with creating magical candidate experiences during their recruiting process Basic Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience in full cycle recruiting Outstanding organization and attention to detail High volume recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced department or organization Expertise in managing candidate pipeline and executing against a timeline Technical savvy - you're comfortable learning new tools and processes Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese is required
