Required Qualifications

1. Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.

2. 5+ years of full-time hands-on Software Engineering experience.

3. 5+ years of full-time hands-on Node.js API backend experience .

4. 3+ years of full-time hands-on React.js experience.

5. Experience being a role model to more junior engineers as an individual contributor.

6. Being able to guide the technology decisiona of your squad, while contributing alongside them.

7. Writing modern JavaScript/ECMAScript code that is clean, well-tested, and reusable.

8. Experience in Senior Engineering roles (designing APIs abstractions, and tools used by other engineers).

9. Strong communication and technical writing skills.

Nice to have

1. React Native experience or being open to learning it quickly.

2. Material-UI experience or being open to learning it quickly.

3. Prior knowledge or ability to quickly learn developing in a CI/CD environment.

4. Prior knowledge or familiarity with Python for back-end development is a plus.

5. Familiarity with Jest, unit testing, debugging, profiling, and performance monitoring.

6. B.S., or PhD from a topo university in computer science, engineering, or related fields.

As a pioneering member of the team, your primary focus will be to help continue to build the product from the ground up. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who can work in a distributed team environment. This is a hands-on role. The day-to-day responsabilities are broad, and you will ultimately be responsible for delivereing software.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will:

• Write quality code with 80%+ code coverage, and throughly documented.
• Develop, support, and impreve our GraphQL API.
• Create new components and improve existing componentes in our React component library.
• Teach and enforce documentation standards.
• Propose recomementations, build prototypes, and provide feedback.
• Work with the QA engineering team.
• Own the shor-and-long term technical vision of your squad.
• Be responsible for all major technical decisions for your squad and be able to influence the decisions of your team whitout having to make all of them.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers whithin your team and others.
• Help improve the technical quality of your work through technical design and code reviews.
• Share your technical knowledge and expertise.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, product mandagens, customer partners, and other leader.
