Accounting Analyst (In-person)

Full time, Florianópolis – Brazil

We are a transportation company based in Seattle, USA. We provide logistics solutions to our clients such as drayage, warehousing, trucking repairs and maintenance. 

We are opening a position at our Operations Office in Florianópolis, Brazil.

As an Accounting Analyst you will: 

• Maintain accurate financial records using bookkeeping software.
• Record daily financial transactions.
• Utilize QuickBooks software for managing financial data.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations in the USA.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with federal and state tax requirements.
• Process payroll for employees in the USA, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Handle payroll-related taxes and deductions in accordance with local laws.

About You: 

• Strong background in bookkeeping and QuickBooks software.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with taxation in the USA
• Demonstrated experience in processing payroll
• Fluent English (No lower C1 level).
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Know how to work collaboratively with team members.
• Results-oriented mindset, mature approach and responsibility.
