English Advanced or Fluent proficiency is desirable.
Minimum 3 years of experience working with Trading (logistics, incoterms, letter of credits, export skills).
Previous experiece negotiating with suppliers and booking containers for export.
Previous experience working with meat and food export is desirable.
Avaliability for travel (5-10 days/month).
Seek out potential meat-packing suppliers for existing or upcoming products through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and site visits, with a focus on developing new business in a hunter commercial profile.
Collaborate with headquarters to identify and present new export opportunities within the meat-packing industry.
Conduct research to generate and evaluate fresh project ideas and initiatives.
Assist in the development of Business Plans for approved project concepts.
Create project presentations in Japanese and English to effectively communicate ideas.
Execute and oversee the development of approved projects.
Provide support for business intelligence activities.
Monitor stock levels of supplier products and track shipment and delivery timelines.
Conduct supplier visits, along with customers when necessary, for business verification and relationship maintenance.
Manage and organize business-related documents, including purchase orders, sales contracts, and shipping documents.
Respond to customer emergencies, addressing issues such as quality concerns and cargo delays.
Participate in web meetings with headquarters or other branches as needed.
