INTRODUCTION :
You’ll be joining a vibrant lifecycle marketing team within the Growth/Global Marketing organization. We collaborate with all sub-brands of ABC Fitness’ brand, primarily focused on ABC Ignite, ABC Glofox, and EVO. You’ll be able to make impact on integrated end-to-end marketing campaigns spanning across multiple channels (email, webinar, Events) while collaborating with Sales, Marketing Operations, Design, Product, and other teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Own the webinar channel, implementing end-to-end webinar campaign strategy & execution (in Marketo) and collaborate with the company and partner stakeholders
Design email campaign strategy & execute in Marketo (email nurtures, one-off campaigns, client marketing campaigns, etc.)
Optimize & launch new campaigns based on specific quarterly pipeline goals
Webinar & email campaign reporting, insights, optimization, and A/B testing
Closely collaborate with the Sales org aligning on goals and initiatives, enable Sales for effective campaign implementation
Create landing pages, forms, and relevant content assets for platforms collaborating with Design & Engineering teams
Support strategic and ad hoc marketing projects as needed to improve results, efficiency and processes across the team & Growth organization
Research and implement campaigns on new channels ( i.e. sms , direct mail, other)
Analyze target audiences and segment lists & audiences to optimize and personalize marketing campaigns to increase ROI
Analyze data across proprietary reporting platforms bringing data-driven and results-focused mindset to all campaigns and processes
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Marketing campaign strategy and execution experience across webinar & email channels
Proficiency in Marketo for campaign setup and management , understanding of the Marketo campaign hierarchy & flows
Experience in building reports and target lists in Salesforce
Strong familiarity with the Sales & Marketing funnel and marketing conversion metrics
Effective team-player who collaborates well with stakeholders from multiple teams (Product Marketing, Operations, Sales, Legal, and other)
Leads with data, has a data-driven mindset when working on projects & reporting on results
Organized and is able to manage multiple projects at once
Multi-tasker who thrives in a dynamic environment & quick learner, able to quickly adapt to new processes, requirements, and priorities
Fluent in English
