About the Role:
The Senior Technical Recruiter manages the end-to-end hiring process for all pipelines, offering technical advice and guidance on hiring strategy. They also support by sourcing and hiring both technical and non-technical roles required by Outliant and its clients. The ideal candidate should thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and possess the ability to foster relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Seniority level: Mid-level to Senior
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from conducting a hiring kickoff meeting with hiring managers to posting jobs, sourcing, and screening candidates, as well as managing offer negotiations and onboarding.
Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs.
Utilize job boards, social media, and other resources to source and identify top talent.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selecting candidates.
Offer support and guidance to the team, providing assistance wherever needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in technical recruiting.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a startup digital agency or technology consulting firm.
Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, including web and mobile application development, digital marketing, cloud computing, and IT consulting.
Proven track record of identifying and hiring top talent in a competitive market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS platforms and social media recruiting.
Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field is a big plus.
