Job description
Plans goods and material shipments ensuring that relevant transportation KPIs are met e.g. customer due dates, lead-times, vehicle utilisation, stock availability etc. This level of work could also apply to a Transportation Administrator II where there is significant transportation complexity (e.g. multiple markets, with highly complex regulatory requirements for import and export).
Be in charge of receiving processing and distributing all information from clients related to sales forescasts and delivery orders
Analyse weekly imediat, short and long time variation on the forecasts
Guarantee all the orders deliveries happen on time
Work to avoid cost with over time and remium freight from JM suppliers
Review and report weekly KPIs, and contribute for not having unnecessary vation on them
Participate on meetings with clients in order to anticipate information related to sales.
Follow the warehouse activities to guarantee on achiving of all JM Policies
