We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts, scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, and assisting with administrative tasks, contributing to the success of our talent acquisition function.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, and candidate communications.
- Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on interview logistics.
- Communicate with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience, including timely responses to inquiries and feedback.
- Assist in the management of the applicant tracking system (ATS), maintaining candidate records, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process by ensuring a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, legal requirements, and trends in talent acquisition.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Pursuing or has a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite. • Detail-oriented and committed to data accuracy.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude in a dynamic work environment.
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment coordination role is a plus.
