The future team member that will love this job will lead the local center or region's account-level and center-level business insight activities. Reporting to a Sr. Manager, Business Operations, you will enhance sales productivity through data analysis, generating impactful business insights, and creating tools to improve sales rep productivity. Additionally, you will lead a team of analysts, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of support to individual selling teams. You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics and leadership
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing and coaching a team of analysts.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
You will:
- Lead a team of analysts, identifying areas for growth and ensuring team members are aligned with coaching areas.
- Manage the process of collecting support requirements, assigning tasks, ensuring quality control, and following up on delivery.
- Communicate the status of requested support to different partners, including individual account leaders, Site Leadership, Global Account Management, and the President of Selling Services.
- Collaborate with global counterparts to collect data and perform analysis to support corporate-wide reporting and initiatives.
- Develop and validate reports and tools for leadership to monitor business health.
- Lead analysis of pipeline, bookings, and other field organization metrics to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements, standardizing and enhancing sales and processes and results.
- Partner with Global BI leadership to ensure global consistency in reporting and initiatives.
- Develop subject matter expertise on the data and reporting environment for accounts in the center.
- Lead ad hoc reporting and analysis to respond to internal and external customer requests
- Be the trusted advisor to Site Leader, Site FPA, and Site Directors, participating in different meetings to assess needs and ensure delivery

Virtual First
Concentrix is a Virtual First company, which means working outside of an office will be the primary experience for most employees for the foreseeable future. Equipment will be provided, but an Internet connection and a space at home to work is required. While you can work from your home, we do require that you are within a commutable distance (NCR, Cavite, Rizal, Laguna, and Bulacan), of the local office to ensure you can attend when/if required by the company. Also, per PEZA regulations, we are mandated to keep track and record the movement of all company-owned work equipment, thus any movement of this working equipment is prohibited without any prior approval by the management team, including our PH Site Director
