Job description

Required Skills Completed degree in technology. Fluent English Good experience in Software Asset Management and Software License Management, software acquisition or IT asset management. Good knowledge of Licensing for one or more major publishers Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, VMware, IBM. Knowledge of software asset management tools and processes. Knowledge of ServiceNow or another ITSM tool. Basic knowledge of ITIL V4 processes. Good Excel skills. Good analytical skills. Note: this position is working from Home, however, for those who are living in São Paulo and regions, it would be Hybrid. Nice to have Advanced Spanish to participate in meetings. Key Responsibilities Support the SAM Practice in delivering its services to our global clients Collaborates with other SAM team members to ensure consistency of delivery, adherence to standard practices, and continuous improvement. Provides point of contact for solutions and related questions or issues on software licensing Facilitates Unisys standard processes for ITIL core functions such as Software Asset Management Provides point of contact for process related questions or issues and facilitates process related meetings The successful candidate will also be expected to familiarise with one or more of major publisher licensing terms and conditions Ensures contractual service support requirements are understood and managed. Presents operational and service level reports and explains service level support available to internal or external customers. Compiles, analyzes and reports statistical data and trends relating to service level compliance and operational effectiveness. Provides training and mentoring for functional teams to ensure that process guidelines are understood and followed. Conducts workshops as required to identify, assess and address process deficiencies, ensure common understanding of process intention and operation. Reviews trend analysis to conduct Proactive Problem Management and eliminate reoccurring issues Works closely with Service Delivery Managers to proactively monitor SLA performance and report on them accurately.
