Role Summary : Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager with proven experience in managing digital marketing initiatives and leading teams remotely. This role involves overseeing digital marketing campaigns, including managing other roles such as Cold Callers, Email Appointment Setters, and List Developer/Email Specialists. The successful candidate will ensure that each team member is achieving their targets and contributing effectively to the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels
Lead and manage team members remotely, ensuring productivity and target achievement
Coordinate daily meetings to monitor progress and address any issues
Ensure the development of high-quality lead lists and manage email marketing strategies
Collaborate with senior management to refine marketing strategies based on campaign performance
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Project Manager or similar role
Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledgeable in digital marketing strategies and tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
