The Opportunity
As an experienced Enterprise Account Executive you will join the Platform Sales team and be responsible for showcasing our data & intelligence and growth solution services to a wide global audience and acquiring various types of clients from SMB to Enterprise level. You will drive Tridge’s revenue growth by delivering sales results and promoting the value of our services to find new growth opportunities. You will be able to see and measure the growth you will be taking part in achieving.
What we trust you to do
- Generate new leads and pitch growth solution services to potential Enterprise and SMB B2B clients using methods such as cold calling, emailing, and other outreach techniques
- Conduct rigorous sales qualification processes, evaluating all opportunities based on criteria such as budget, decision-making authority, needs assessment, and timing
- Onboard new business partners onto the Company’s online platform service by effectively communicating the value proposition
- Provide and prepare product demonstrations and engage in consultative selling to effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform service
- Prepare and manage proposals and contracts, overseeing them through to the closing phase with clients
- Collaborate with Tridge cross-functional stakeholders including data & intelligence, sales operations, and marketing, to support best practice initiatives throughout the business.
- Execute contracts promptly to ensure timely payment and provision of contractual services
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Collect and report customer feedback to enhance the service quality of the platform and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Network management to generate recurring revenues, cross-sell, and upsell to existing accounts
What you need to succeed
BA/BS degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of B2B sales to the SMB and Enterprise market with a successful track record of goal attainment. Preferably from a SaaS or tech-related background.
- 5+ years of experience selling to senior management and/or “C level” personnel while executing high and impactful account activity.
- Self-sufficient, focused sales executive with a propensity towards executing and driving revenue results.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an ability to speak effectively to senior business stakeholders.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and experience with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred).
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task with special attention to detail and follow-up.
- Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of working in a startup environment is preferred.
- Highly organized, logical-thinking, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Strong business acumen, creative thinking, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English plus the local language
