Job description
At a time of accelerated growth and agility in the provision of services, a consolidated company in the financial sector is looking for a new Information Security Manager to lead strategic initiatives, ensuring the protection of digital assets and compliance with sector regulations.
As a security leader, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining policies aligned with business standards. Your role will include proposing and executing preventive and corrective measures to mitigate risks in the company’s operating environment.
Main responsabilities:
Carry out proactive monitoring of information security threats, ensuring early detection and effective response to possible incidents;
Manage access control to company systems and data, implementing and maintaining effective authentication and authorization systems, such as identity management and privileged access;
Develop and maintain information security incident response plans, ensuring a quick, coordinated and effective response to any security incident that may occur;
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT security controls, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS and encryption, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s security strategy;
Promote security awareness among employees, ensuring that security culture is a fundamental pillar of the strategy.
Requiriments:
General knowledge of security, processes and tools, including vulnerability management and secure development;
Familiarity with BACEN regulations, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, CIS Controls/NIST and other security regulations is desirable;
Mobility to live in Porto Alegre/RS;
Advanced English.
