Position Title: Customer Obsession Manager - Data Analyst
Position Location: Sao Paulo
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to drive insights and optimize supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of supply chain principles, data analysis techniques, and the ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, clean, and integrate data from various sources, including ERP systems, logistics providers, and external datasets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights into supply chain performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in supply chain operations.
• Develop and implement data-driven models to optimize customer fulfillment models, inventory management, transportation planning, and other supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in supply chain data analytics.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain data mining/analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in data analysis software such as advance Excel, Python, R, or Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Advanced English level
• Intermediate level of Spanish (desired)
Certifications:
• APICS or ISM certification is a plus.
