Human Resources Business Partner

Be responsible for supporting management of one or more client groups in realizing their strategic goals by implementing, applying and executing HR policies, tools and processes as well as coordinating and implementing organizational changes, in order to realize an optimal fit between the goals of the organization and the development and engagement of members.

Day to day

• Strategic and valued advisors to the business​;
• Take and inspire decisions based on facts and figures​;
  Support change management process;​
• Key point of contact for Managers, members and country MT in Brazil;
• Manage/coordinate all member cases (hiring, promotions, development etc.)​
• Understand local business challenges and opportunities and tailor the HR execution of the People Strategy to local needs ​
• Identify and flag opportunities for continuous improvements for HR policies;
• Participate and act in the performance Management process;
• Participate and act in the Talent and Successor mapping and development program;
• Monitor headcount budget;​
• Proactively develop and deliver solutions (in collaboration with COEs)​;
• Coach and scout talents in the organization​

Essentials

• Degree in Administration, Psychology and related areas
• 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience with multinational and matrix-structured organizations;
• Coaching Experience
• Fluent English
• Advanced Spanish is a plus
• Good communication, agility, ability to prioritize and connect with people
