EF Languages is a dynamic and global education company dedicated to transforming lives through language learning and cultural experiences. We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator in our Montréal/Toronto office.

Position Overview :

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination and collaboration between various departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and our central teams based in Zurich and São Paulo.

You will embody an entrepreneurial spirit and embrace the core value of Attention to detail .

This part-time position is ideal for a motivated individual fluent in French , based in either Montréal or Toronto.

Responsibilities :

• Act as a key liaison between different departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Assist the Country Manager in coordinating and managing various operational activities.
• Ensure seamless operations by addressing and resolving issues that may arise within the organization.
• Support Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance teams in their day-to-day activities.
• Play a central role in maintaining and improving operational efficiency within the Montréal office.

Salary range of $17 - $22 per hour depending on experience

Note: This is a part-time position with the possibility of increased hours based on performance and business needs.
