Who will you be working for?

• A global Gaming Technology operator is looking for a Senior Project Manager - Casino , to join their international team.This is full remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the entire process of creating casino features, such as races, referrals, rakeback systems, balance management, and level-up experiences.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to define needs, prioritize features, and ensure timely completion.
• Direct and guide a team of 5 professionals, nurturing a cooperative and high-performing work environment.
• Hold regular team meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and explore opportunities for enhancement.
• Create and execute a strategic plan for continually improving casino features, in line with company objectives and user expectations.
• Partner with customer support to collect insights and feedback for feature improvement.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination among teams to meet project goals.
• Monitor user feedback to refine and optimize casino features.
• Deploy strategies to boost user engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related area of study.
• Demonstrated track record as a Project Manager within the online gaming or casino sector.
• Proficient knowledge of casino functionalities, encompassing races, referrals, rakeback, balance, and level-up mechanisms.
• Outstanding leadership and team supervision capabilities.
• Proficient communication and collaboration proficiencies.
• Analytical orientation with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making strategies.
