Our client is a multinational company specialized in the corporate service industry, operating worldwide. Based on innovation, ambition, and integrity, it’s an expanding company active in more than 120 countries with over 70,000 FTE´s globally.
They are looking for a Sales Director who will lead the sales efforts in Brazil. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and expanding the market presence across various industries.
Reporting to the CEO Brazil, you will be responsible for the achievement of the business objectives set by the company, the development of a talented and professional team, and the establishment of the brand in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities: - Developing and executing business plan and sales strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Managing and mentoring a group of sales professionals (25+) to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction and performances goals.
- Motivating and supporting team efforts to achieve goals while upholding organizational values.
- Developing techniques and strategies to ensure the sales team delivers on its revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Identifying specific sales opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
- Establishing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through communicating and coordinating with the other departments as necessary to resolve unique customers issues/concerns.
- Interpreting market trends and adapting to industry changes.
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing sales performance against established KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for adjustments to compensation plans as necessary.
- Working with leadership to present ideas and solutions for market challenges, new growth strategies, employee incentive programs, and others.
Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in sales delivering strong results through local and virtual teams.
- Successful experience leading complex sales cycles within public & private markets across Brazil.
- 5+ years experience managing sales teams with direct quota responsibility.
- Experience within service industry companies attending large corporations within the energy, mining, oil & gas, agricultural, and/or construction industries.
- Strategic business sense in balance with strong execution capability to deliver result.
- Strong negotiation skills and persuasiveness.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Fluency in Spanish is desirable.
