We are looking for Technical Solution Engineer:
Role Description Skills:
Job Responsibilities:
• Work with the commercial teams, client success team, and solution end user to support and improve the troubleshooting process.
• Review Incident tickets as well as Service request tickets, investigate and collect missing information, and assign to the right teams with the pre-investigation information.
• Use your expertise to improve the troubleshooting process and provide a high-class end-user experience for internal and external users.
• Provide solutions to improve processes and identify gaps and Provide insights reports and analysis accordingly.
• Support with user onboarding and generic troubleshooting of such.
• Update and maintain runbooks/documentation.
• Support with basic automation (in Python) within the TSE scope.
Requirements: • 2-3 years of work experience in a technical support position (AdTech experience preferred).
• Strong Problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with Engineers AND end users.
• Basic knowledge of service-now and Jira flows and ticket handling.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Some experience in meta ad platform (Facebook Business Manager) and/or Google Ad Manager (GAM) platform is a plus.
• Python skills are an advantage.
What we need • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as an AI Engineer, machine learning engineer, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, machine learning and deep learning techniques, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, LangChain).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java, and experience with relevant libraries and tools for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization (e.g., NumPy, pandas, Matplotlib).
• Experience with big data processing and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams. • Strong attention to detail.
• A self-driven and proactive attitude, with a passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior AI engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
