As a Bilingual Accounting Team Lead you’ll play a vital role in our success by collaborating with the Finance Leadership team. Key Responsibilities
Responsibility for risk and control environment, reporting and developing internal control processes.
Perform analysis like NOPAT, review balance sheet reconciliations, be
responsible for all periodic tax filings etc.
Ensuring that all the General Ledger accounting and Financial / Management
Reporting is done in accordance with IFRS and APMM GAP.
Take care of statutory accounting and be responsible to provide response to all audit related queries.
Manage preparation of Board Packs
We are looking for
Advanced English Level Required.
5-7 years experience with accounting and reporting.
Team leading experience
CA/ICWA or equivalent degree in finance and accounting OR alternate finance.
Experience in control framework and IFRS (added advantage).
Excellent proactive, analytical, innovative, and structured working method
Adapts to high workload and unplanned activities.
Exposure to global accounting process, Audit, IFRS and guidelines.
Stakeholder management and issue resolution.
Exposure to PESTLE environment/ country frameworks of different countries.
NetSuite experience (Desirable).
Workday for Finance (Desirable).
