Paradise Media is on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team. We are currently seeking a Content Operations Assistant who is detail-oriented and has a keen eye for engaging content. About the role
As a content operations assistant, you will be responsible for uploading and managing content across various forums, such as Quora. Your main goal will be to ensure that our content is engaging, accurately posted, and aligns with our guidelines. A strong understanding of online forums and content creation is important for this role.
- Formatting each post according to forum guidelines.
- Finding and correcting spelling and grammatical mistakes.
- Adding relevant hyperlinks to each post, both internal and external.
- Uploading articles from Google Docs to various forums.
- Updating our databases using Google Sheets.
About you
Preferred Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of online forums and their posting guidelines.
- EXTREMELY detail-oriented.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Keen eye for engaging and visually appealing content.
- Ability to follow directions closely while also feeling empowered to suggest improvements.
- Reliable internet access and a reliable laptop/desktop computer.
- Ability to commit to a 1-2 year contract.
