Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage students both online in the morning and in-person at our company, conducting private classes from 4 pm to 10 pm. The position includes a competitive hourly wage of $18, with additional transport assistance of $120.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Engaging Online Classes:

Plan and deliver dynamic and interactive English lessons for online students in the morning.
Utilize innovative teaching methods to engage and motivate students in the virtual learning environment.
Provide In-person Private Classes:

Conduct one-on-one or small group English classes at our company location from 4 pm to 10 pm.
Create personalized lesson plans tailored to the needs and goals of individual students.
Assessment and Feedback:

Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
Implement strategies to address individual learning needs and challenges.
Classroom Management:

Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment in both online and in-person settings.
Effectively manage classroom dynamics to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
Communication with Students and Parents:

Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding class schedules, progress, and any relevant updates.
Collaborate with parents to support the overall development of students.
Professional Development:

Stay informed about current trends and best practices in English language teaching.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Administrative Tasks:

Complete necessary administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, grading, and reporting as required.
Qualifications:

Fluency in the English language

Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with online teaching platforms.
Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
Working Hours:

The position offers flexibility with working hours, ranging from 30 to 40 hours per week.
Morning hours for online classes and afternoon/evening hours for in-person private classes.
