Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of Digital Marketing and advertising, offering a rich array of digital display advertising solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to buy. We are looking for a talented Sr. Manager, Ad Sales to lead the verticals of advertisers that do not sell on Amazon (i.e., "Non-Endemics"), such as Entertainment, Auto, Financial Services, Telco, Education, Government, among others. As a Sr. Manager, Ad Sales on our Ad Sales team in Brazil, you will lead a team of Sales Account Executives who use their experience selling digital advertising solutions to large advertisers and their ad agencies in Brazil to successfully grow and scale the domestic revenues.

Through client-side and agency relationships, a consultative approach and understanding of the digital advertising landscape, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned brands or clients and sell a broad range of advertising solutions that will ensure that their business goals are met.

Job Location: Sao Paulo, SP, Brasil.

Key job responsibilities
• Achieving Ad revenue goals with a specified list of advertisers;
• Serve as a key member of the ad sales leadership, helping to drive overall Amazon advertising strategy and business growth.
• Establish and build strong, profitable, long-term relationships with brands
• Prepare and present business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing adoption customers.
• Managing and mentoring a mid-senior level team and ensuring their career progression within team and in Amazon.
Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge with BR Entertainment, Auto, Financial, Telco, Education and/or Government clients.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 12+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience hiring and retaining sales talent
- Experience building new customer relationships
