Great opportunity to work in the modernization of a service application for a health insurance marketplace group of companies with more than 30 years focused in the small-mid companies’ space
knowledgeable service and extensive sales support to all broker partners. The application supports the complex work of evaluating and comparing health plans, preparing quotes, and providing the most current information needed to close a sale.
Responsibilities
Perform all functions within the product design lifecycle, including research, sketches, wireframes, concept designs, end-to-end user flows, interaction design, prototyping, pixel-perfect UI, documentation, accessibility checks, testing/design QA, etc.
The design professional will also analyze and understand complex quantitative data and qualitative insights to inform design decisions.
Requirements (Must have)
Great communication in English;
4+ years experience as a UI/UX designer (present a portfolio is required);
Experience developing complex designs;
Solid experience in Figma and wireframes development;
Able to analyze and translate user experience research data into product design improvements;
Knowledge of the basic concepts of design thinking.
Nice to have
Experience working on projects using agile methods;
Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign, Sketch;
Front-end development in any technology.
