Job description
We are seeking passionate people to join our team as Development Quality Assurance Analysts. In this role, you'll play a vital part in reviewing and analyzing system specifications, while also reviewing code's best practices, acceptance criteria, performance, architecture, compatibility, optimization, and validation of syntax consensus/convention. As a Development Quality Assurance Analyst you will:
- Review and analyze system specifications.
- Technically review the development team's creation, including criteria for best practices, acceptance, performance, architecture, compatibility, optimization, and validation of consensus/syntax conventions.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop effective testing strategies and plans.
- Execute manual and automated test cases focused on the base code.
- Evaluate the product code according to specifications.
- Define specifications for best practice criteria with the support of the Development Leadership.
- Develop tools for internal use by the Quality Assurance team.
- Report bugs, errors, failures, and bottlenecks to the Development Leadership.
- Create comparative performance indicator reports to validate and evaluate changes in the code.
- Work with multifunctional teams to ensure quality throughout the development life cycle of projects.
Requirements
- Proven technical experience in game or software development.
- Proficiency in Python, C#, C++, or another equivalent programming language.
- Experience in project management and QA methodology.
- Experience with development of automated tests focused on code.
- Familiarity with defining new processes, tasks, and criteria in projects.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks.
- Good experience in documenting and resolving errors.
- Practical knowledge of test management software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proactivity in supporting other team members.
- Advanced English in writing and reading; and intermediate in conversation.
