The Program Support Associate will be part of Marketplace operations and expansion in Brazil. The job requires someone who has a larger picture of customer and seller experience in mind and a high willingness to take ownership. You will be responsible for ensuring a world class Seller experience in one of Amazon’s fastest growing business and highest impact initiatives. You will work with internal areas such as Operations, Transportation, Sales and Seller Support, and a variety of internal and external partners to ensure the smooth growth of the business.
The right candidate will possess a strong bias for action to proactively pursue program objectives and analytical mindset for finding root cause and proposing solutions. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
The Program Manager will be key to support strategic and tactical business decisions through reports, and detailed analysis. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible to surface risks and opportunities to meet business financial goals by building analysis from scratch with available data using SQL. The Program Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to capture qualitative data that will support the numbers and review key performance metrics, facilitating the plan for strategic and tactical initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and recommend metrics that supports Business and Product growth
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions
• Learn and understand a broad range of Amazon’s data resources and know when, how, and which to use
• Continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis, automating or simplifying self-service support and pain points in the existing processes and drive improvements with local teams.
• Set up performance mechanisms and track performance.
• Creating goals and related metrics, track progress and report obstacles to achieve your objectives.
• Incorporate benchmarking information and best practices from other geographies to define best-in-class deliverables.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
