We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst - IBM Sterling B2B Integrator to join our team at one of the Top Ten US Insurance Carriers. As an Operations Analyst in the Integration team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the company's Sterling B2B Integrator platform. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the platform, resolving incidents, executing system upgrades, and providing support to internal stakeholders.

Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst. Location: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico. Key Responsibilities: Monitor the Sterling B2B Integrator platform, ensuring system availability and performance. Identify and resolve incidents and errors related to the platform, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Perform system maintenance activities, including system upgrades and patches. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely support and solutions. Configure and troubleshoot Sterling B2B Integrator maps and workflows. Develop and maintain technical documentation for the platform. Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities. Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in B2B integration. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in supporting and maintaining Sterling B2B Integrator. Proficiency in Sterling B2B Integrator administration and configuration. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Experience with EDI and XML standards.
