Procurement and legalization of official documents in Argentina Partner with colleagues to resolve client issues, share information and support client projectsCommunicate regularly with clients and foreign nationals regarding procedural, document case processing issues and strategyAssist clients on site during immigration processes (DNM, ANSES, Registros, etc.)Develop an understanding of the firm's practice areas and services providedAssess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status in ArgentinaSupport clients and case workers in immigration mattersLet's talk if you have the following skills and experience:
**Experience as document specialist and field expert desirable but not required**
1 years of experience with client-facing services with corporate clientsUniversity Degree is desirable but not requiredPrevious experience in similar roles is a plus but not mandatoryIntermediate English levelProficient with MS Office A client service mindset, attention to detail and desire to achieve a high level of productivityAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demandsThe ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and escalate case issues to supervisorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to contribute to positive work environment, effectively collaborate and promote teamwork ADDITIONAL NOTES: please submit CV in English or Spanish
