SourceFuse is looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to join our team for our cloud based .NET modernization practice. Work Experience: 6+ years Industry: IT Services Job Type: FULL TIME City: Remote in Latin America Native Level English The incumbent shall be responsible for reviewing the client's needs and planning and coordinating delivery activities. She/he shall build a positive and productive work relationship with customers. Manage the delivery team and timelines of various ongoing projects. Serve as the single point of contact for all customer queries and concerns. 6+ years experience in delivery management, Program Management, client servicing, project management and scheduling, and should be willing to make themselves available for the occasional night time client call. Education Graduate or Post Graduate in Computer Science / Information technology. Project management certification or experiences must. Key Responsibilities and Required Experience Shall manage delivery engagements end-to-end and manage high visibility and high business impact projects. Shall oversee the development and technical aspects of delivery as well as sourcing of people, methodologies, and processes of the Setups. Shall monitor key performance indicators for projects being managed by self Lead planning, estimation and method of controlling project cost. Shall plan and implement strategies to solve significant escalations and mitigate critical risks. Responsible for the quality and timeliness of the deliverables of their respective team. Identify problems and actionable tasks that enable quick resolution.Implement Corrective and Preventive actions as and where necessary on the project Ensure SOW deliverables are delivered as per the expected Quality, Schedule and Budget. Ensure Customer Satisfaction at all given opportunities and at the same time be able to negotiate challenging schedules and Timelines. Be proactive and respond to customer and internal project needs on priority. Work with the CTO and COO to define and refine best practices at every stage of the software life cycle. Responsible for choosing and setting up project management tools and techniques in order to organize and manage a project team, identify, analyze and properly respond to project risks, conduct planning and grooming, estimation, tracking, reporting monitoring and Communication. Work with Pre-Sales team and prepare proposals/bids/SOWs/contracts. Accountable for making decisions and establishing solid working relationships within a team, effectively delegate tasks, encourage the team to follow their commitments and hold them together in common purpose toward the right objective. Shall work closely with various clients to ensure they have the correct resources to achieve the delivery of its technology Projects on time and budget. Identify improvement opportunities and track them to closure. Inspire and motivate team, conflict resolution and mentoring team members, responsible for resource appraisal. Support team in career growth with respect to organizational objectives. effectively recognizes and rewards desirable performances. Coach and mentor team on various aspects ** Candidates with a background in technical development who aspires to transition into a managerial position can also apply for this role.
