Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain container population models for each container group
Analyze container movements and track container metrics
Plan the monthly / weekly injection requirements
Develop, prepare and manage container injection budgets/LEs
Develop and manage container manufacturing campaigns
Develop monthly high level container return forecasts
Benchmark container performance metrics to identify opportunity gaps
Liaise with procurement to ensure continuity of container supply
Determine container requirements and plans for new product development
Monitor container injection and prepare financial reconciliations
Manage LCP Metrics for the Country
Track & Report on Ret Pack GRN / Capitalised spending by Site
Manage key elements related to cost savings initiatives / projects
RTI tracking, Bottle loss tracking, and driving improvement initiatives
Manage/track Supply of Crates and Pallets
Analyze/Report Crates and pallets losses/write offs
Track injections for Crates and Pallets as per Capex allocation
Profile: Ideal candidate would have experience in supply chain logistics
Excellent analytical & financial skills
Ability to develop models & decision support material
Ability to use advanced Excel, SAP/Syspro, data base querying & Intranet reports
Excellent presentation, report drafting and problem-solving skills
Additional information: Band VIII
Based at Kampala HQ
Reporting to the Planning Manager
Occasional travel to Uganda sites may be required from time to time
Works closely with Supply Network Planner, MRP, Country Procurement, Commercial and Zone Ret Pack Team
