You have a drive for resolving concerns and addressing questions and for getting ahead of potential issues before they become roadblocks.Key Responsibilities:The specific details of Business Operations Senior Analyst's role do vary, but common activities include:Assist with global Accenture Canvas creative project scheduling process and ensure compliance for smooth project delivery in collaboration with project management and creative team.Manage global scheduling through project management software on a daily basisCollaborate with team leads to manage request pipeline and monitor team capacityResponsible for tracking budget and helping with monthly reconciliationWork alongside team to develop monthly reports for leadership and clients. Help to improve visuals and ease of use of reports.Responsible for various administrative tasks such as queue tracker, deadlines, type of requests, etc.4+ years of relevant experience in an operational roleStrong English written and verbal communication skillsExpert Microsoft suite knowledge - especially ExcelExperience / willingness to learn new systems / tools: Workfront experience is a plusConfidence to work independently or in a group, and to collaborate across regionsExcellent problem-solving skills; solution-oriented mindsetExceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilitiesOperate with a sense of urgency, the ability to keep a cool head and meet deadlinesPlease consider submitting only resumes in English.#LI-LATAM ¡A unique workplace.
