What are you going to do? Be part of Global Deals consultant team working with foreign world-class clients helping provide data-driven insights and integrated financial solutions to maximize potential deal value. Analyze income statements. cash flows, balance sheets and working capital reports. Identifying, quantifying and adjusting for one-time items or non-recurring items. Complete risk assessment and management. Attend meetings with the global Deals team, banks and clients to discuss findings, key focus areas, risks and to create supplemental request lists and coordinate timing and logistics Work on P&L reconciliations.
