About the Role:

Job Title: AEM Architect

Project Summary:

• This position is responsible for ensuring alignment of project specific designs with application architecture roadmap; supporting project and/or product teams on functional and technical design activities; defining the interaction between application packages, databases, and middleware systems to optimize product functional coverage; acting as subject matter expert (SME) for products that require integration into the application.

Key Responsibility:

• Design and architect complex AEM solutions: Translate business requirements into scalable and secure AEM architectures. Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
• Lead technical solution development: Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to deliver high-performing AEM implementations. Provide guidance and expertise on best practices and efficient development approaches.
• Deep dive into healthcare needs: Understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by healthcare organizations in the digital sphere. Analyze specific client requirements and translate them into effective AEM solutions.
• Integrate with third-party systems: Develop and implement integrations with healthcare-specific systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an AEM Architect, with a strong understanding of AEM architecture, development, and best practices.
• Extensive experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Experience using AEM Cloud Manager
• Experience with designing and implementing complex web applications and content management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST etc.).
• Excellent understanding of web technologies and standards (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Location: Chicago, IL (3 days onsite) OR Richardson, TX (3 days onsite)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $150,000 – $165,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
