Salesforce Inc. seeks Sr. Product Manager in San Francisco, CA:
Job Duties: Develop solutions on the Salesforce platform (writing code, unit testing, deployment) and write code in Salesforce’s proprietary programming languages Apex and Lightning, but also in JavaScript and Python. Lead requirements gathering sessions with customers to identify their business requirements and technical requirements. Translate customers’ requirements to solutions that can be developed on the Salesforce platform, and help customers meet their defined goals and metrics. Document the solutions in solution design documents to ease both development and handover to the customer. Present solutions to customers to gather feedback and educate them about the use of the product. Work on products and solutions that foster innovation within Salesforce. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Some travel to unanticipated locations to client sites.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Science, Information Studies, Management, or related discipline and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or any occupation in a related field.
A related technical degree required (Information Science, Information Studies, Management).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Salesforce implementations (2) customer service industry technology & processes (3) product ownership (4) roadmap management (5) business-IT alignment (6) requirements gathering (7) statistical analysis (8) user experience design.
