Job description
This regional employeeowned general contractor has been in operation for over 80 years. They have built a diverse portfolio of completed projects in a range of market sectors including commercial federal hospitality and multifamily.
Due to continued expansion and a secure longterm pipeline of projects they are appointing a Superintendent to oversee projects in their mixeduse and multifamily group.
In this role you will lead projects onsite managing schedules quality control and safety whilst overseeing subcontractors and direct labor.
