Speech-Language Pathologist
AnthroMed Education is an organization dedicated to improving support and resources for school-based speech-language pathology. We partner with schools across the Boston area to provide their students with high-quality speech and language therapies.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking to add an SLP to our team to support a caseload of middle school students in Waltham, MA for the 2023-24 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work Monday - Friday with the typical hours being 7:45 am - 2:40 pm
- About 40 students on a caseload
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities
- Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations for intervention
- Collaborate with the Individualized Education Program (IEP) team to create appropriate goals and objectives
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
- Utilize various therapy approaches to target specific speech and language goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and assessment results
- Prepare progress reports and participate in IEP meetings to discuss student progress with parents and the IEP team
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid DESE License with SLP Endorsement
- Prior experience preferred - CF Mentorship offered
