Job description
We’re looking for a marketing coordinator to join our tight-knit team of marketing professionals in their efforts to build the best brands. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. Responsibilities:
- Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
- Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies
- Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
- Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals
- Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries
- Keep updated KPIs and track all leads through marketing platforms
- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
- Market properties according to established procedures
- Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process
- Manage and facilitate successful acquisition activity with sales team
- Work with entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth
- Develop strong business relationships with investor buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company
- Provide company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis
- Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue
- Enter all relevant notes into company CRM on a daily basis
- Assist Company with misc projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field
- Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends
- BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
- Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity
- Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills
