Your new role: RevOps Analyst

As our RevOps Analyst, you will help us to build the world’s most effective revenue organization, by defining and executing best practices via systems architecture, data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.

You will build processes that are best-in-class to help increase the effectiveness and speed of global marketing, business development, sales, customer success and partner teams.

To ensure we are on the right track, you will set and monitor KPIs together with our commercial leadership (e.g. tracking business results, and monitoring production KPIs).

To be successful, you should have experience in a similar role, have a curious mindset and be able to manage projects across different business areas. You should also demonstrate great execution skills and be able to communicate the vision of the company across all levels.

Knowledge of tools, processes, and key metrics along the modern SaaS revenue funnel will help you to define where your work can be most effective.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze Go to Market (GTM) data and metrics to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
• Track key metrics like lead velocity, sales cycle length, win rates, churn, upsell, etc. and identify issues
• Support the roll out and adoption of new systems and technologies and maintain existing tools by managing user permissions, auditing systems and resolving workflow issues
• Audit data health in CRM and other systems; identify bad data and work with teams to fix underlying issues
• Create regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into GTM performance for leadership
• Document GTM processes and recommend optimizations based on data analysis to increase efficiency
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, customer success and other teams to align on revenue goals and build scalable systems
• Develop and maintain a revenue operations playbook covering essential processes, systems, and analyses
• Stay up-to-date with the latest revenue operations best practices and drive continuous process improvements

Requirements

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics or equivalent field
• 2+ years in a revenue operations, sales operations or business analyst role for a SaaS (Software as a Service) organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.); able to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable, impactful reporting

• Strong knowledge of processes and tools involved in the lead-to-cash process (CRM, sales engagement, data enrichment, and marketing automation)
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle, and a customer-centric mentality

• Experience with forecasting models and commercial target setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with process and quality focus

• Experience in using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Fluency in English is required
