Title: Supportability Engineer
Location: Stoke Gifford, Bristol
Salary: up to £47,215, dependent upon experience + Benefits
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - at least 2 days on-site required

A pioneering engineering firm based in Bristol is urgently looking for a Supportability Engineer (Whole Boat Engineer). They're working at the forefront of the defence technology industry. Join our client in a pivotal role that ensures the operational readiness and efficiency of submarine systems through expert maintenance and support.
Essential Experience:
Technical expertise in engineering solutions.
Defence Industry experience, with knowledge of MOD practices.
Background in Royal Navy submarines (design, maintenance, or operations).
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project.
Responsibilities:
Perform ARM modelling, analyze design deviations, and maintain design intents.
Provide engineering analysis for project planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
Lead engineering projects, aligning with contractual and innovation goals.
Support continuous improvement and process optimization.
