Cleaning Supervisor
Hull
Salary: £25,501 per annum
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
As our Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee and manage our cleaning operations.
The post holder will be responsible for coordinating and leading a team of cleaners, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.

Responsibilities of our Cleaning Supervisor:
Supervise and direct cleaning staff daily.
Assign cleaning tasks to team members and ensure completion within specified timeframes.
Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of assigned areas.
Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to cleaning staff.
Resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Allocate and run annual leave according to college policies and procedures
Adhere to college policies and procedures.

Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality standards are met.
Previous experience in cleaning services.
Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Basic computer skills.
